J-Shop Africa is a luxury-driven e-commerce platform designed to revolutionize online shopping across Africa. As a flagship product and subsidiary of J-Pay Africa Group, we bring together premium brands, everyday essentials, and entrepreneurial vendors in one seamless, secure platform.
2. Is J-Shop Africa available across all African countries?
Currently, J-Shop Africa is operational in selected countries (Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda) with expansion underway. Please check our service availability page for updates.

3. How do I place an order?
Browse, select your items, add them to cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the secure steps provided to complete payment via mobile money, bank transfer, card, your J-Pay Africa Wallet or Cryptocurrency

Delivery times vary by location and seller. You will receive estimated delivery dates at checkout and tracking details via email and SMS.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment, but cross-border trade within supported African regions is available.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes. Login to your account → “My Orders” → Track Shipment. Updates will also be sent via email and SMS.

9. What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
10. How do I request a refund?
Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days through your original payment method.

11. How do I sell on J-Shop Africa?
Visit the Vendor Portal, complete the Vendor Setup Wizard, upload your product listings, and start selling. Our team will guide you through every step.
12. What are the fees and commissions?
We charge a competitive sales commission and fixed transaction fee. Details are available on our Vendor Policy page or upon registration.
