- Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Payments and Fees
All transactions on J-Shop Africa are processed securely. Vendors agree to pay platform service fees (fixed and/or commission-based) as detailed in their vendor onboarding agreement or subscription plan.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technologies used on this site are the property of J-Pay Africa Group . Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing platform content without written permission.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Interfere with platform security or other users’ experience
8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
